As an Incorporated Society, Te Tira Ahu Pae is required to hold at least one General Meeting per year - our Annual General Meeting (AGM). These are for the Board to present their annual report and other key information to members and students. It is also an opportunity for members and students to ask questions, understand our direction, and to raise any concerns.
We will sometimes also need to call for a Special General Meeting (SGM). These meetings are called for specific, urgent matters such as rule amendments and important issues that can't wait for the next AGM.
