If you’re experiencing harassment from family, friends, peers or even university staff, knowing where to go or what to do can be overwhelming. We’re here to support you. Our service is free, confidential and independent from Massey University. Our Advocates can help with: 

  • Connecting you with organisations for family harm support or legal assistance 

  • Connecting you with Student Health and Counselling services 

  • Assistance with formal complaints and grievance procedures 

  • Navigating the process for Impaired Perfomance, Aegrotat, withdrawing or fee return 

  • Communicating with Course Coordinators 

  • Support letters
